Bildiriler katılımcılara, sıralanmış sempozyum temaları üzerine yapılmış kuramsal, görgül ya da uygulamalı çalışmaların sonuçlarını sözel olarak paylaşma fırsatı verir. Bildiriler programda sempozyum temasına göre gruplandırılırlar. Her bir bildiri oturumuna bir oturum başkanı atanır. Oturum başkanları süreyi paylaştırmaktan ve tartışmayı kolaylaştırmaktan sorumludurlar.

Ortak bildiri çalışmaları için, yazarlardan biri yazışmaktan sorumlu sunucu olarak belirlenir, bu kişi bildiri özetini göndermekten ve kabul süreciyle ilgili diğer yazarları bilgilendirmekten sorumludur. Uygulama süreci tamamlanmış veya devam eden bildiriler kabul edilir.

Sempozyuma lisansüstü programlarda öğrenim gören öğrenciler başta olmak üzere akademisyenler de katılım sağlayabilir.

Sempozyum oturumları yüz yüze gerçekleştirilecektir. Türkiye'den gerçekleşecek katılımlar için çevrimiçi (online) sunum seçeneği bulunmamaktadır.

Önemli! Yurt dışından gerçekleştirilecek katılımlar için ise, katılımcının tercihi doğrultusunda online sunum seçeneği bulunmaktadır. Yurt dışından online katılım talep eden katılımcıların bildiri özet şablonunda katılım türü seçeneğini online olarak belirtmeleri gerekmektedir.

Bildiri Özeti Gönderme Yönergesi

1) Bildiri Bilgileri

• Bildiri Başlığı: Özet başlığındaki kelimelerin sadece ilk harfleri büyük yazılmalıdır. (Örnek: Eğitim Yönetiminde Temel Sorunlar)

        

• Anahtar Kelimeler: Anahtar kelimeleri arasına virgül koyarak yazınız.

        

• Konu Alanı: Çalışmanızın hangi konu alanına dahil olduğunu yazınız.

        

• Bildiri Sunum Dili: Bildiri sunumunu hangi dilde yapacağınızı seçiniz (Türkçe, İngilizce, Arapça ya da Fransızca).

       

• Problem Durumu: Araştırma problemini 50 – 600 kelime arasında yazınız.

        

• Araştırma Yöntemi  Araştırma yönteminizi 50 – 300 kelime arasında yazınız.

       

• Beklenen/Geçici Sonuçlar: Araştırmanın beklenen veya geçici sonuçlarını 100 – 600 kelime arasında yazınız.

       

• Kaynakça: Araştırmanızda kullandığınız kaynakça listenizi 50 – 250 kelime arasında yazınız.

       

2) Yazar Bilgileri

• Yazar isimlerinde akademik ünvan kullanılmamalıdır.

• İsim ve soyisim büyük harfle olmalıdır. 

    

• Yazarların çalıştıkları ya da lisansüstü eğitime devam ettikleri kurumların adları açıkça belirtilmelidir. Örnek; Hacettepe Üniversitesi

       

• E-Posta: Sunan yazar iseniz lütfen e-posta adresinizi yazınız.

     

• Cep Telefonu: Sistem tarafından önemli bilgilerin mesaj olarak girilen cep telefonu bilgisine atılacağını unutmayınız. Bu nedenle sabit veya geçersiz telefon numarası girmeyiniz.

Application and Writing Guidelines

Papers provide participants with the opportunity to orally share the results of theoretical, empirical, or applied studies conducted on the designated symposium themes. Papers are grouped in the program according to the symposium theme. Each paper session is assigned a chairperson, who is responsible for managing the time allocation and facilitating the discussion.

For joint papers, one of the authors is designated as the corresponding presenter, who is responsible for submitting the abstract and informing the other authors about the acceptance process. Papers based on completed or ongoing studies are accepted.

The symposium is open primarily to graduate students, but academics may also participate.

Symposium sessions will be held face-to-face. There is no online presentation option available for participants joining from Türkiye.

Significant! For participants joining from abroad, there is an option to present online based on their preference. Participants requesting online participation from abroad are required to indicate their mode of participation as online in the abstract submission template.

Paper Abstract Submission Guidelines

1) Paper Information 

• Paper Title: Only the first letters of the words in the abstract title should be capitalized. (Example: Fundamental Issues in Educational Administration)

        

• Keywords: Write your keywords separated by commas.

        

• Subject Area: Write the subject area to which your study belongs.

        

• Presentation Language: Select the language in which you will present your paper (Turkish, English, Arabic or French).

       

• Problem Statement: Write the research problem in 50–600 words.

        

• Research Method: Write your research method in 50–300 words.

       

• Expected/Preliminary Results: Write the expected or preliminary results of the research in 100–600 words.

       

• References: Provide the list of references used in your study in 50–250 words.

       

2) Author Information 

• Academic titles should not be used in author names.

• First and last names must be written in capital letters.

    

• The institutions where the authors work or pursue their graduate education must be clearly indicated. Example: Hacettepe University

       

• E-mail: If you are the presenting author, please provide your e-mail address.

     

• Mobile Phone: Please note that important information will be sent via text message to the provided mobile phone number. Therefore, do not enter a landline or invalid number.
